There is no module behind a higher tier. A small school running on the cheapest plan gets the same fee ledger, the same result cards and the same backups as the largest one.

- How do we pay?
- By bank transfer or a local wallet, against an invoice we raise. No payment provider is wired into the product yet, so nothing takes money automatically and no card is stored anywhere.
- What happens when we pass a limit?
- Nothing breaks. Storage is metered and reported against your plan, and going over it does not refuse an upload — a clerk turned away mid-term because a counter tripped is a worse failure than an oversized bill. We contact you.
- Are SMS credits included?
- No, and the number shown is what the plan permits, not what we send. SMS goes through a gateway you connect — you pay your provider directly, at your local rates, and the product tells you plainly when no gateway is installed rather than reporting messages as sent.
- Is your billing mixed up with our fee collection?
- Never. Our subscription billing and your school's fee ledger are separate modules that share no code beyond the money arithmetic. Our invoices are numbered sequentially and voided rather than deleted — the gap an auditor asks about stays visible — and 'overdue' is computed from today's date, never stored where it could go stale.
- Can we get our data out?
- Yes, at any time and without asking us. Every dataset exports as CSV, and the whole school exports as one archive that carries a real PostgreSQL dump — not just spreadsheets, which cannot restore a working system.
- What does it cost to start?
- Nothing. Registration is free and reviewed by hand; we agree a plan with you once your school is running and you have seen whether it fits.
